Mission Statement

Our Mission has not changed since the time we opened our doors in 1954. We strive to serve our customer with efficiency, pride and excellence.

  1. We answer our phones with live human beings over 90% of the time during working hours.
  2. Our professional technicians are paid on salary-not commission. They will take the time to do the job right.
  3. Each of our technicians takes ongoing training on new products, in addition to regular review on current repair techniques.
  4. We stock many parts on each truck and "triage" every service call, reducing the number of return calls.
